Be a vital part of the Digital Solutions department by bringing your D365 knowledge and expertise to the table. The client is looking for someone with Solution Architecture experience within D365 Customer Service/Sales and be able to thrive in a challenging but rewarding role.
What skills you possess:
- 5+ years in a D365 engineering role - Customer service/sales knowledge
- 2+ years as a D365 CE Solution Architect
- Confident managing people
- Experience in customer facing roles with great communication skills
- Ability to speak to cross functional teams, both technical and non technical, to deliver the right solutions
- Power Platform knowledge (desirable)
What you would be doing:
- Working with stakeholders to design solutions for them through the whole end-end lifecycle
- Line manage one existing engineer
- Oversee a 3rd party engineer team
- Act as a technical lead on Power Platform and provide support/training
