How It Works

It couldn’t be simpler:
1. CC us on an email to a hiring manager in your network
2. We take it from there and do what we do best
3. When we invoice the client for completed work, we invoice you a fee in return

You get paid when we get paid — straightforward and transparent.

What You Earn

For every successful introduction that leads to a placement, you invoice us 5% of the deal value. No complicated structures, no chasing payments — we ensure prompt payment every time.
And it gets better: refer five successful clients and your commission rate increases to 10% on all future introductions.
In 2025, our top Partner earned over $14,000 through introductions alone.
