Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead architect for the ServiceNow platform, overseeing its implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a team dedicated to optimising ServiceNow to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with current and future needs.
- Drive best practices in governance, security, and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Manage platform operations, licensing compliance, and vendor relationships to deliver exceptional service and results.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or team leader.
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and HRSD platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and enterprise service management processes.
- ServiceNow certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist) highly desirable.
- Leadership skills and experience managing technical teams.
- Knowledge of NowAssist AI (advantageous).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English.
