My client are an award winning MSGP looking for an experienced F&O WMS Consultant

As a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM), you will lead requirements gathering, functional design, and process optimization for Dynamics 365 implementations. This role demands expertise in advanced warehousing, manufacturing, and supply chain processes. You will manage projects from the analysis phase to configuration, training, and post-implementation support. Your operational background in areas such as shipping, purchasing, and sales order processing will be critical as you drive customer digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client meetings to gather and refine business requirements.
  • Design and implement solutions that align with client needs, leveraging Dynamics 365 F&SCM capabilities.
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend practical solutions.
  • Prototype and configure business processes within Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
  • Facilitate workshops to address application gaps and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate specification and functionality alignment.
  • Document system configurations and guide clients in utilizing the system effectively.
  • Support system testing and user training to ensure successful deployment.
  • Integrate ERP solutions across functional areas and establish a cohesive global architecture.
  • Assist the sales team with deal shaping, feasibility analysis, and estimate accountability.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&SCM, with expertise in warehouse management, trade & logistics, and finance.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle D365 F&SCM implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering value and avoiding escalations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage complex client interactions.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&SCM certifications (WMS or CPA certifications are advantageous).
  • Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
