Are you a seasoned CPA with over 15 years of accounting expertise, including a solid 7+ years in management roles? My client, a prestigious and employee-owned company, is searching for a Senior Accounting Manager to drive financial strategies and lead accounting operations efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the accounting department, ensuring all financial operations and reports align with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Manage monthly financial close processes, from journal entries to account reconciliations.

• Lead a skilled team, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Liaise with external auditors to ensure successful compliance and audit outcomes.

What You Need:

• A CPA designation is essential.

• Robust experience with ERP systems, preferably Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint.

• Proven managerial experience and expertise in accounting processes and regulations.
