Job Title: Lead F&O Consultant (Finance Focus)

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Lead F&O Consultant with a strong focus on finance to join a dynamic team. This role requires someone who is not only capable of guiding and mentoring others but is also hands-on and willing to get stuck into the work themselves. You will lead the implementation and optimisation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' financial processes and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of D365 F&O solutions with a focus on finance.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for financial management within D365 F&O.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Actively participate in hands-on work alongside guiding the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead F&O Consultant, with a strong finance background.
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly in finance modules.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
