We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant to join our client's team. In this role, you will assist clients in the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly known as Microsoft Dynamics NAV). Collaborating closely with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders, you will ensure the ERP system aligns with business needs and objectives, driving successful adoption and utilization to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their business requirements, processes, and objectives, translating them into functional specifications that align with Microsoft Business Central capabilities.
• Solution Design: Design and configure Microsoft Business Central solutions to address client needs, including financial management, supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, sales, and customer service processes.
• Implementation: Lead and participate in the implementation of Microsoft Business Central projects, including system configuration, data migration, integration with other systems, and user training.
• Customization and Development: Work with technical teams to design and test customizations, extensions, and integrations that enhance Microsoft Business Central functionality.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure they meet functional requirements and are error-free, addressing and resolving any issues identified.
• User Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support to ensure clients are proficient in using Microsoft Business Central and effectively leveraging its features.
• Change Management: Assist clients in managing organizational change associated with adopting new processes and technologies, providing guidance on best practices for process improvement and system utilization.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process maps, training materials, and user guides.
• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, maintaining relevant certifications and seeking opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years Business Central Functional Consultant experience at a Microsoft Partner
• Strong understanding of ERP processes and concepts, especially within financial management, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Must be a US Citizen or GC Holder
