Industry Sales Lead - Professional Services Focus

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for driving growth and building strong client relationships? This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a strategic sales role, working with innovative ERP, CRM, and related applications, targeting the Professional Services industry.

Location: UK-based (flexible, with some travel required)
Salary: Up to £100,000 + Double OTE

The Role

As an Industry Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex, high-value sales opportunities. Your focus will be on creating value-driven solutions and building strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of ERP, CRM, and related applications into the Professional Services sector.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Engage and influence key decision-makers within prospective and existing accounts.
  • Present tailored solutions that address client needs and deliver measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans, fostering regular engagement with key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Proven experience selling ERP, CRM, or related applications into the Professional Services sector.
  • A consultative sales approach with the ability to manage complex, high-value opportunities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Adaptable, with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desired:

  • Experience selling Dynamics 365 or other Microsoft solutions is beneficial but not essential.
  • A strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the Professional Services industry.
