Compensation: $140k - $210k based on experience
About the Role:
A leading consulting firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365FO Senior Finance Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the implementation of D365FO/AX for our clients, ensuring their financial systems are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of D365FO/AX
- Provide expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, General Ledger, Consolidations, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, Credit and Collections
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Mentor and manage junior consultants
Qualifications:
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Travel: Willing to travel as needed (typically less than 50%)
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Experience:
- 3+ years in a lead finance consultant role with D365FO/AX implementations
- 3+ years consulting experience with a Microsoft D365FO Partner (end users not considered)
- Completed 2+ full lifecycle D365FO/AX implementations
Preferred Skills:
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Experience in Manufacturing and Distribution industries
- Strong performance reviews in current employment
- Additional expertise in Project Management, Human Resources, SK Global (Treasury Automation Suite)
- Leadership experience in project management or coaching/managing junior employees
