Your Role: FO Business Analyst

As an FO Business Analyst, you will:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with front office teams to understand business needs and gather requirements for technology solutions.
  • Analysis and Documentation: Conduct in-depth analysis, document business processes, and translate requirements into actionable plans.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with IT teams to design and implement effective solutions that align with front office strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and enhancements to front office systems.
