Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design robust solutions across various projects, adhering to company standards and practices, while leading and mentoring junior developers in a collaborative team environment.
  • Engage in project lifecycles utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or DevOps methodologies tailored to specific business requirements.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends to contribute to the development of internal best practices and document technical solutions.
  • Support and guide the technical direction of projects, effectively managing stakeholder expectations throughout the process.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Technology Stack and current development languages, particularly X++.
  • Solid understanding of OOP, algorithms, data structures, and software lifecycle methodologies.
  • Strong expertise in DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.), Microsoft SQL Server, and networking concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, with at least 4 years of experience in an Analyst Programmer role.
