Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design robust solutions across various projects, adhering to company standards and practices, while leading and mentoring junior developers in a collaborative team environment.
- Engage in project lifecycles utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or DevOps methodologies tailored to specific business requirements.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends to contribute to the development of internal best practices and document technical solutions.
- Support and guide the technical direction of projects, effectively managing stakeholder expectations throughout the process.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in the Microsoft Technology Stack and current development languages, particularly X++.
- Solid understanding of OOP, algorithms, data structures, and software lifecycle methodologies.
- Strong expertise in DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.), Microsoft SQL Server, and networking concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, with at least 4 years of experience in an Analyst Programmer role.
