Job Title: D365 CE Technical Architect
Location: UK (Flexible/Remote options available)
Salary: Up to £105,000 (DOE) per annum
Overview:
A leading Microsoft Partner is seeking an experienced D365 CE Technical Architect to join their team. This role is perfect for professionals with a strong technical background in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and experience in call centre technologies. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and overseeing complex D365 CE solutions, while collaborating closely with clients to understand and address their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of D365 CE solutions, focusing on technical implementations.
- Work with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
- Provide expert-level consultation on call centre technologies, with a focus on IVR solutions and telephony integration.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that the solutions are technically sound and meet the client's needs.
- Participate in client-facing discussions and technical workshops to articulate solutions and advise on best practices.
- Oversee the integration of various third-party tools and applications into the D365 CE environment.
- Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement of D365 CE deployments.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a D365 CE Technical Architect.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and its modules.
- Knowledge and experience in call centre technologies, particularly IVR solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients, understanding their technical and business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in D365 CE.
- Experience working within a Microsoft Partner environment.
