Contract IT Support Consultant

Location: Swindon (Hybrid role, office presence required 2 days a week)
Contract Length: 8 weeks, with the possibility of extension
Rate: £200 per day (Inside IR35)
Start Date: As soon as next week!
Role Overview:
As a Contract IT Support Consultant, you will be instrumental in providing top-tier support and solutions in a dynamic environment. This role requires a proactive problem solver who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service and support. You will be part of a collaborative team, ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level support for IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, ensuring quick resolution.
- Assist with system upgrades and rollouts.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all IT support activities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in IT Support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and relevant technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
