About the Role:
You will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to help users maximise the platform's capabilities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys flexible working hours and is capable of creating engaging, informative sessions remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct D365FO training sessions tailored to the needs of users.
- Ensure clear understanding and practical application of D365FO functionalities.
- Address technical queries and provide expert advice during training.
- Prepare training materials and documentation in Italian.
- Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of the training program.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a D365FO Developer or Technical Architect.
- Strong technical proficiency in D365FO with the ability to teach and mentor others.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian.
- Ability to start immediately and deliver training over a flexible schedule.
