CRM Test Analyst - Mid level

Up to £28k + Bonus and Benefit

My client is looking for a CRM Test Analyst to join their team to be part of an exciting IT transformation which is currently under way and requiring an excellent CRM tester like yourself to join the project. What you will be doing:

• You will work alongside the CRM Manager and team of 6 to help understand business requirements and priorities which will be considered during testing
• Write test scenarios and test scripts alongside
• Complete functional and non-functional testing
• Ownership of UAT testing as well as attending daily status calls and reporting of progress
• Support with performance testing, user testing and accessibility audits

Skills:

• Proven experience writing and executing testing for a CRM system
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with Automated testing
• Be confident with Hands on testing
• Be able to raise issues and triage said issues
• Be a self start and a problem solver
• Knowledge on Dynamics 365 is desirable- D365 BC
