You may’ve seen the recent news that 21,000 more roles are to be impacted in Microsoft’s next wave of layoffs, with a reported 18,000 straight redundancies. Satya Nadella is certainly following through on July’s promise to shake things up.    Little did we know that the Dynamics community would be directly involved. Reports have come direct from Microsoft’s Fargo campus where, sadly, 70 employees will be told that their full-time positions are no more. The Fargo campus is a highly active North American research centre for worldwide Microsoft Dynamics ERP products.

AX and GP jobs involved

Reports from MSDynamicsworld.com suggest Microsoft Dynamics AX jobs will be impacted on both the Fargo and Redmond campuses, across documentation and user experience roles. In addition, many Dynamics GP team members have also lost roles involving program and product management. We’ll be providing a follow-up opinion article on the news. Please comment and share so we can gather and the opinions of the Dynamics community.   Let us know what you think by commenting below.
