A Microsoft Partner in Malta is looking to appoint a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) Technical Architect to join their expanding ERP delivery function. This is an exciting opportunity to lead technical delivery across major digital transformation programmes, collaborating with global teams to implement innovative ERP solutions.

Role Overview:

As a Technical Architect, you will design and oversee the technical delivery of end-to-end D365FO solutions. You will work closely with solution architects, developers, and project managers to build sustainable, scalable ERP architectures while mentoring junior developers and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Location:

Malta (relocation required). Sponsorship and full relocation support are provided for international applicants.

Salary:

Up to €70,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a comprehensive relocation and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement technical solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O to meet client requirements
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with functional consultants and architects to align technical designs with business goals
• Contribute to technical design documentation and oversee code quality through regular reviews
• Engage in data migration activities and design robust integrations (SOAP, REST, custom services)
• Drive the use of Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and development governance
• Mentor and support development teams onshore and offshore
• Participate in technical interviews and assist with team capability building

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years' experience with Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 F&O technical development
• Strong command of X++, data entities, and D365FO integration frameworks
• Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, and DevOps principles
• Exposure to automated testing tools such as RSAT or ATL
• Broad knowledge of the full development lifecycle, release management, and cloud environments
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications (Technical and Core) preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to relocate to Malta; full support will be provided
