An established Microsoft Partner in Malta is seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ERP implementations. This is a senior, strategic role offering the opportunity to work across major transformation programmes, shaping future-proof solutions for global clients.

Role Overview:

As a D365FO Solution Architect, you will drive end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, providing expert functional leadership and architectural oversight. You’ll collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams and play a central role in pre-sales, solution design, and delivery assurance—particularly across the finance domain.

Location:

Malta (relocation required). Full relocation support is provided. Candidates must be open to relocating and eligible for sponsorship.

Salary:

Up to €70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive relocation and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional and architectural design of D365FO solutions across finance, operations, and enterprise structure
• Deliver full lifecycle implementations from requirements through to post-go-live support
• Define and implement reusable sector-specific templates to enhance out-of-the-box functionality
• Oversee data migration strategy, integrations, and solution scalability across multiple regions
• Support pre-sales activities and assist with the creation of proposals and demos
• Define internal training needs and provide mentoring to functional consultants
• Ensure projects align with internal security and development methodologies

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years' experience in ERP consulting, with multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementations
• Deep expertise in finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Reporting
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications and strong familiarity with the latest product features and ISVs
• Strong understanding of Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and integration tools
• Knowledge of development lifecycle, release and cutover management, and RSAT tools
• Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, client-facing, and leadership skills
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
