A leading Microsoft Partner based in Malta is seeking a talented Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) Functional Consultant to join their growing ERP delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to relocate to an EU hub and work on enterprise-scale digital transformation projects across finance, operations, warehousing, and project-based industries.

Role Overview:

You’ll be responsible for leading the functional design, configuration, and implementation of D365FO solutions. Working within a collaborative consultancy environment, you’ll support clients throughout the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

Location:

Malta (relocation required). Full sponsorship and relocation support are provided for non-Malta-based candidates.

Salary:

Up to €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits and relocation package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across finance, supply chain, projects, or warehousing
• Conduct functional workshops, define requirements, and perform fit-gap analysis
• Configure and test D365FO modules aligned to client needs and best practices
• Support training, data migration, cutover and post-go-live activities
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to clients post-deployment
• Collaborate closely with onshore and nearshore technical teams
• Contribute to proposal development, process improvement and internal knowledge sharing

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years’ experience with Dynamics 365FO (or AX) across at least 5 full implementation projects
• Strong knowledge in one or more core functional areas: Finance, Project Operations, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Field Service
• Microsoft certifications in Finance or Supply Chain modules highly desirable
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
• Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, and RSAT considered an advantage
• Willingness to relocate to Malta (sponsorship and onboarding support provided)
• English fluency essential; additional European languages a plus
