A leading Microsoft Partner in Malta is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to join its high-performing delivery team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape complex enterprise solutions, lead cutting-edge D365 implementations, and influence digital transformation programmes across multiple sectors.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture, with responsibility across pre-sales, solution design, and delivery leadership. You will work closely with both onshore and offshore teams, playing a key role in shaping strategic solutions and guiding technical and functional consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Location:

Malta (relocation support available). Candidates must be based in Malta or willing to relocate, visa sponsorship is available.

Salary:

Up to €70,000 per annum, plus a competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE solutions, integrating Power Platform and Azure services
• Engage in pre-sales activities, proposal development, and solution planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver domain-specific and industry-tailored implementations
• Provide leadership across methodology, architecture governance, and stakeholder engagement
• Mentor and upskill junior team members and offshore development teams
• Represent the business in technical forums and client workshops

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years' experience in CRM/ERP delivery, with 7–8 end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations
• Deep technical and functional understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
• Strong knowledge of Azure services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
• Proven experience working within Agile environments and distributed delivery teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-level stakeholders
• Relevant Microsoft certifications; TOGAF or Zachman framework knowledge preferred
• Experience across industries such as financial services, healthcare, telecom, or manufacturing is advantageous
