Dynamics CRM 2013 has been announced to be available later this year; with the endeavour that it will make business more personal. It has been designed with the mind set of redefining how businesses engage with their customers. The new version represents the approach Microsoft Dynamics is taking; where people are at the core.
It will be available both online as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and on-premises as Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, this major release will deliver a more personal experience to marketing, sales and customer care professionals. The new release gives people the ability to access their information on a variety of devices; introduces a new user experience that is both quick and smooth, enabling people to access information that is relevant to their jobs; and delivers richer contextual information that helps people have deeper insights into the customer’s needs. Microsoft Dynamics CRM also offers enhanced social collaboration capabilities, so users can connect with the right people, and the right resources, at the right time.
“Customers don’t want to be sold to anymore. They are knowledgeable and are interacting with their social and professional networks to make their buying decisions. They expect businesses to help them make the most informed choice,” said Bob Stutz, corporate vice president, Microsoft Dynamics CRM. “Microsoft Dynamics CRM helps people connect with these customers in a way that is personal — giving them the information they need to choose the right solutions, engage to drive sales and nurture relationships to deliver amazing experiences.”
Through placing people at the heart, by understanding how they work and what they need to accomplish in their jobs, the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM brings capabilities that help people.
