Are you an experienced ERP Consultant with a background in Transport, Logistics, Freight, or Warehousing? Our client, a prestigious Tier One Microsoft Partner, is looking for a talented ERP Consultant to join their team in Porto or Lisbon, Portugal. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with Dynamics 365 Business Central and cross-train to further enhance your skills.
Role Overview: As an ERP Consultant, you will leverage your industry-specific expertise to deliver tailored Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. Your role will involve understanding client needs, configuring systems, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Business Central (or other ERP) solutions for clients in Transport, Logistics, Freight, or Warehousing sectors.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and process improvements.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and support go-live activities.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure client systems operate smoothly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365BC features and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an ERP Consultant, with a focus on Transport, Logistics, Freight, or Warehousing.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP system.
- Ability to manage full-cycle ERP implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to cross-train and expand knowledge within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
