What You Will Do:
- Provide user support by troubleshooting application and business process issues.
- Analyze user operational procedures to develop functional system requirements.
- Offer advice and instructions to other staff on development issues.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Enhance process flow, user documentation, and overall user knowledge and competency across various Dynamics GP or D365 Finance and Operations-related modules.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
- In-depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP, D365 Finance and Operations, and related applications.
- Proficiency in SQL and MS Office suite.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
