My client are a well established Microsoft Partner, looking for a D365 F&O Solution Architect. This role focuses on financial management, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, global operations, automation, core platform functionalities, and integration with D365 CRM/Sales. The architect collaborates with stakeholders to develop scalable solutions that meet clients' business requirements, bridging the gap between technology and organizational goals to ensure successful project lifecycles.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Extensive experience as an F&O Solutions Architect.
  • Proven track record in leading or supporting large-scale IT projects involving multiple ERP solutions.
  • Expertise in evaluating and selecting ERP solutions to best meet organizational needs.
  • Experience working with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A stakeholders.
  • Experience in supporting global deployments involving multi-national legal entities and diverse geo-locations.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of ERP systems, including data migration and systems integration.
  • Ability to create detailed solution architecture diagrams.
  • Expertise in integrating D365 Sales and ERP, including Product Catalog integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and improve finance processes.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess potential impacts and risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and D365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Boards.
  • Familiarity with common project management methodologies, including Agile.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional workshops and collaborate with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to gather business requirements and create functional designs.
  • Provide technical and systems design expertise for the development, integration, and maintenance of various ERP platforms, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Project Operations, and related platforms.
  • Design scalable and extensible solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement procedures related to critical business entities.
  • Define integrations with other third-party solutions as needed.
  • Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues.
  • Adhere to internal development guidelines, timelines, and Microsoft best practices.
