Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and lead workshops to understand client needs and define system requirements.
- Craft and implement customized solutions in Dynamics 365 CE & PP that effectively address client challenges.
- Engage with clients to extract detailed requirements to guide configuration and customization efforts.
- Provide ongoing support and training to their clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of the Dynamics 365 system.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-8 years of experience in consulting with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & PP.
- Previous experience with a Microsoft partner preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to run workshops, design solutions, and lead projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing complex CRM projects.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
