We are looking for a budding D365 BC professional who wants to kick-start their career and help support an internal D365 BC system. You will be responsible for the day to day working of the system which will be ensure smooth sailing through helping with ticket resolutions and system upgrades.
Skills you possess:
- 1 years experience support D365 Business Central
- Previously been in a support position- troubleshooting issues
- Confident with Microsoft Excel
- A good communicator and problem solver
What you will be doing:
- Day to day D365 BC Support queries
- Resolve support tickets raised
- Involved in the testing, upgrades and improvements of the system
- Train staff and produce documentation
- Provide support to users
- Create new users in Dynamics NAV
