CRM Business Analyst
Fixed Term Contract - 1 year
Up to £50k (DOE)
Edinburgh- Hybrid/Remote with odd occasional travel (depending on location in UK)
Stage of project: just finishing discovery and in June or July we will start implementation
Looking for:
- Experience with CRM requirements gathering and business processes
- D365 CE knowledge
- Experience working as a senior analyst
- Experience testing IT systems
- Confident with providing end user training
- Be able to work independently but also communicate well within a team
What you will be doing:
- Play a key role in a D365 CRM project and liaise with internal and external vendors
- Document detailed requirements
- Provide clarification throughout implementation
- Conduct user testing and quality assurance
- Support and train users on systems
