We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior D365 F&O Finance Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) solutions for the clients.
Job Description:
As a Senior D365 F&O Finance Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to the clients in the design, implementation, and optimization of D365 F&O solutions. You will collaborate with clients, project teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure the successful deployment of financial systems that align with the unique needs of each organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and design comprehensive D365 F&O Finance solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Implementation: Lead and participate in the configuration, customization, and deployment of D365 F&O Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and more.
- Integration: Work on integrating D365 F&O with other systems and applications, ensuring data consistency and system interoperability.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance, identifying and resolving issues as necessary.
- User Training: Provide training and support to end users to ensure they can effectively utilize the D365 F&O Finance solution.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including design specifications, process maps, and user manuals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering high-quality solutions that align with their financial and business objectives.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to D365 F&O Finance, and recommend best practices for optimization.
- Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 F&O features and technologies and assess their applicability to client needs.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in implementing and configuring D365 Finance and Operations in a consulting role.
- Microsoft D365 certifications, such as Finance, are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and other related technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
