Position: Senior Accounting Manager
Location: Seattle, WA
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Mentor and support the accounting team, promoting professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP accounting software (Deltek preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
