Position: Senior Accounting Manager

Location: Seattle, WA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
  • Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Mentor and support the accounting team, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP accounting software (Deltek preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
