Sales Director - Key Accounts
Up to $150k + 20% Bonus
My client is currently hiring for the position of Key Account Sales Director, a dynamic and goal-oriented role responsible for overseeing business operations with existing accounts, expanding product offerings, and driving overall sales to achieve success. We are looking for an individual with exceptional relationship-building skills, a determined spirit, and a proven track record in effectively managing large retail account sales.

- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of effectively managing business at large retail accounts.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and objectives.
- Required sales experience: Leading business development for a manufacturer selling to major national retailers.
- Experience on a retail buying team is beneficial.
- Experience in the Home Décor industry
- Background in seasonal/fashion-oriented businesses is desirable.
- Familiarity with broker or Manufacturer's Rep agencies is a plus.
This position reports to the Senior Vice President.
