Role Overview:

As the Sales/Commercial Lead, you will be the driving force behind our business development efforts. Your primary focus will be to increase our client base and project portfolio by leveraging your industry connections and soft skills to build strong, lasting relationships. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company, helping to drive success and growth across the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our client base and project portfolio within the UK.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Microsoft ecosystem, including partners, clients, and industry influencers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical teams to ensure our solutions align with client needs and deliver exceptional value.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or commercial role within the Microsoft industry, with a strong network of contacts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Power Platform and AI solutions.
  • Exceptional soft skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • A self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
