We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead and enhance our client's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM offerings. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing content, conducting product demos, supporting partner on-boarding, and staying at the cutting edge of Microsoft Dynamics trends. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with multiple Dynamics Partners in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain content for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM products, including user guides, training materials, and onboarding resources.
- Deliver engaging demos, training sessions, and support to drive partner and customer success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM offerings align with market needs and Microsoft's evolving landscape.
- Serve as a product expert, leveraging customer feedback and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and familiarity with the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
- Hands-on implementation experience across a minimum of five CRM projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to executive stakeholders.
- Proven adaptability to excel in a dynamic and innovative environment.
