Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage: Provide direct line management for a team of consultants and a developer, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
• Deliver Solutions: Engage in hands-on delivery of cutting-edge Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Drive Performance: Ensure the practice operates efficiently, delivering projects on time and exceeding client expectations.
• Strategic Input: Contribute to the commercial process, including presales activities, and help shape the practice's overall strategy.
• Commercial Awareness: Understand P&L impacts, align delivery with business goals, and contribute to the organisation's growth and success.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a D365 CE / Power Platform Consultant, with a strong technical background.
• Leadership experience, including managing and developing technical teams.
• Hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions delivery.
• Strong commercial skills, with an understanding of P&L and business impact.
