Lead Solutions Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Hybrid: 3 days in the office- North London

Salary: £80k + benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Solutions Architect to lead the optimisation and automation of our technology ecosystem. This role is centred around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and you will be the go-to person for this knowledge. The position also involves leveraging emerging technologies such as AI and advanced automation to maximise operational impact.
You will be working for a fast-paced collaborative team in an end-user setting. They are rapidly scaling and growing and therefore offer a lot of excitement and future progression.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• trong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a solid understanding of the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform and Azure ideally.
• Proven track record of ERP implementation
• Enterprise style mind-set
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Vendor management and negotiation experience, ensuring cost efficiency and effective partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical and functional management of Business Central, ensuring it meets the needs of all business functions.
• Resolve daily BC issues and optimise existing integrations for seamless operations.
• Partner with external developers to enhance BC functionality and support new markets, channels, and processes.
• Act as a technology leader, monitoring business needs and trends to develop and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and growth, with BC as the core.
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance forecasting, pricing, advertising, and customer interactions (e.g., chatbot implementation).
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, from scoping to evaluation.
• Oversee the data infrastructure, ensuring integration across systems like BC, Amazon, and Google Ads and develop actionable insights through dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI (desirable)
