Job Summary:
As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing top-level support to clients, ensuring the seamless operation of their systems. Working closely with esteemed clientele, you will troubleshoot issues, offer expert guidance, and implement effective solutions to maximise their investment in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support: Offer comprehensive support to clients experiencing issues with Dynamics 365 Business Central, including troubleshooting errors, identifying root causes, and implementing timely resolutions.
  • Functional Assistance: Provide expert-level functional guidance to end users, ensuring they can navigate and utilise the system efficiently to optimize their financial processes.
  • Issue Escalation: Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex technical issues to ensure prompt resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support activities, solutions provided, and best practices to create a knowledge base for the team and clients.
  • User Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower end users with the skills and knowledge required to fully leverage Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • System Enhancement: Actively participate in system enhancement initiatives, assisting in system upgrades, testing, and deployments to improve overall functionality and performance.
  • Client Relationship: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understand their unique business needs, and proactively suggest improvements to optimise their system usage.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience providing support for Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV (Can be either end user or MS Partner)
  • Finance Background: Candidates coming from an end user working in finance or accounting-related roles will be highly valued.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 BC: In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central, including its modules, features, and functionalities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues effectively.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, understand their requirements, and convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment and share knowledge and insights with colleagues.
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV support will be considered a plus.
