Job Description:

As a D365CE Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust technical solutions aligned with clients' business objectives. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will leverage your technical acumen and D365CE expertise to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements and translate them into comprehensive D365CE architectures.
  • Designing and implementing end-to-end technical solutions using D365CE, including customizations, integrations, data migrations, and extensions.
  • Conducting architectural assessments and providing recommendations for optimizing and improving existing D365CE environments.
  • Leading technical discussions and workshops with clients to identify business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Mentoring and guiding development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, D365CE updates, and emerging technologies, and sharing knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE).
  • Extensive knowledge of D365CE components, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex D365CE solutions, including integrations with other systems.
  • Proficiency in customizing and extending D365CE using Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Solid understanding of data migration strategies, security models, and performance optimization techniques in D365CE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as MB-600: Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Solution Architect or equivalent, are highly desirable.
