Exciting Opportunity: Head of DXP Operations

Location: Hybrid - Work from home with access to offices in London, Bristol, Manchester, or Oxford.

Salary: Up to £70k per annum (negotiable based on experience)

Hours: 35 hours per week | Contract: Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Head of DXP Operations to lead and innovate in managing all operational and strategic activities for a cutting-edge Digital Experience Platform (DXP). This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable, and secure ITIL v4 services while prioritising exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and deliver a vision for the DXP platform aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead a talented technical team, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee platform operations, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and architecture.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations to optimise performance.
  • Develop and maintain standards, policies, and procedures to support Agile and DevOps frameworks.
  • Act as the Major Incident Manager during significant service outages.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven leadership in digital platform management, ideally within the education or tech sectors.
  • Experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Expertise in cloud-based platform development and strategic delivery.
  • Strong team development and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage significant budgets (six figures+).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
