Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced FinOps Tester to join their team. This role will focus on developing, executing, and debugging automated tests for the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and operations, with proven expertise in testing and debugging ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using proprietary tools for D365 Finance & Operations.
• Test Execution: Perform automated testing to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of D365 F&O applications across multiple modules and business scenarios.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and resolve issues within D365 F&O, such as incorrect flows, closed financial periods, and stock discrepancies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for improving test automation processes and efficiency, enhancing the overall quality of testing methodologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, testers, and product teams to ensure thorough quality assurance of the D365 F&O environment.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for test cases, test plans, and test results to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and executing tests for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues within financial and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business requirements, priorities, and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Must be a US Citizen or GC Holder
