Role Overview:

As the Dynamics 365FO Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding a smaller but dynamic practice within an international MS Partner. This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on project delivery and leadership responsibilities. You'll guide a team of consultants, shape project strategy, and drive practice growth while remaining involved in high-impact implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Dynamics 365FO consultants.
• Oversee and participate in end-to-end Dynamics 365FO implementations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic consultancy to deliver tailored solutions.
• Play a key role in shaping the practice's growth strategy, working towards scaling the team and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business development and identify new opportunities within the market.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365FO trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions for clients.

About You:

• Extensive experience in Dynamics 365FO/AX, with a background in consultancy.
• Ready to transition into a leadership role, with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance & Operations modules, with hands-on implementation experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Motivated to contribute to the growth of a smaller practice within an international setting.
• UK based and willing to travel as needed for client engagements.
