We are currently seeking a Dynamics 365CE Contact Centre Consultant to join an established and well-known international Microsoft Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with solid experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE) and ideally, expertise in the Contact Centre module. Candidates with strong call centre experience are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and support the implementation of Dynamics 365CE solutions, with a focus on the Contact Centre module.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and design solutions to improve their customer service and support functions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective customisations and configurations meet business requirements.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE).
- Knowledge of the Contact Centre module is highly desirable.
- Alternatively, strong background in call centre operations with an interest in technology solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
