Dynamics 365 Project Manager – Microsoft Partner –

An established Microsoft Partner in Portugal is actively looking for a Dynamics 365 Project Manager to join their growing delivery team in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics projects across CRM and ERP, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget. You will act as the central point of contact between the client and delivery teams, managing internal resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

Location:

Lisbon, Portugal (hybrid working available). Candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate, with the right to work in the country.

Salary:

Up to €50,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and/or ERP implementations
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties to ensure seamless execution
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and project dependencies
• Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders and ensure project transparency

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or ERP projects, ideally within a partner or consultancy setting
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid)
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Experience managing budgets, resource allocation, and stakeholder relationships
• Fluent in English; Portuguese language skills are highly desirable
• Must have the right to work in Portugal (no visa sponsorship offered)
