Responsibilities

• Assess customer business and technology needs, using design-led thinking to accelerate digital transformation.

• Lead Dynamics 365 design workshops and manage solution implementations from start to production.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and experts to align with business objectives and understand processes.

• Provide deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 cloud platform and conduct technical proof of concepts.

• Coordinate with offshore teams for deliverables and quality.

• Participate in business development activities and mentor internal team members.

• Support project management in planning and tracking deliverables.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in pre-sales, Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and implementation.

• Proficient in analysis, solution design, and integration of Dynamics 365 with various external systems.

• Strong background in the MS technical stack and build deployment automation.
