Role Overview:

You’ll play a critical role in the ongoing development and optimisation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications. This role combines stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and hands-on configuration across the D365 platform.

Location:

Remote-first role, with occasional travel across the South and Midlands of England as needed. Candidates must be based in these regions.

Salary:

Up to £80,000 + comprehensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and translate requirements into system solutions
• Configure and customise D365 CE to meet business needs
• Deliver end-to-end implementation across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules
• Support change management and user training across the business
• Provide ongoing system support and optimisation

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
• Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion
