Position Overview:

As a D365CE Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's projects by leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service business processes.
• Proficient in configuring and customizing D365CE to meet client specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement are highly desirable.
