About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive to join a growing technology business specialising in ERP solutions and bespoke industry software. This role is pivotal to driving revenue growth by securing new business and expanding relationships with existing clients.

The Sales Executive will contribute to building a thriving sales team while promoting cutting-edge software solutions that streamline business operations and empower clients across various industries, including the beverages sector. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's client base and meeting aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
  • Conduct engaging virtual and in-person client meetings to drive engagement and close deals.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts to meet client needs.
  • Present product offerings confidently and persuasively to potential clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM and marketing databases for effective lead tracking and nurturing.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales consultants and project teams to ensure seamless client handovers.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and insights, sharing findings with internal teams.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proven sales professional with experience in ERP or software solutions. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, is highly desirable. Key competencies include:

  • Sales Expertise: A strong track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across all organisational levels.
  • Organisational Ability: Capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM systems for effective lead tracking and management.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving market with shifting product portfolios and strategies.
  • Qualifications: A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are required.
