This role will allow you to be the senior D365 BC Consultant on end-to-end implementations with various clients. This will include the following:

• Scoping out required BC functionality changes for clients
• Project tasks, product handovers and project milestones will be completed
• Design and test customisations
• Verifying and completing configurations required
• Assisting with data migration and testing
• Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Provide end-user training
• Supervise/mentor other colleagues
• Create internal documentation and generate necessary marketing content
• Get involved with process improvements across the team and help to mentor other team members/line management

What Skills Are We Looking For?

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experienced Dynamics 365 BC/NAV Functional Consultant
• Strong stakeholder and customer-facing skills
• You will have worked in implementing BC and/or NAV solutions end-to-end
• Keen to continue to progress and learn
• Ability to carry out and deliver training sessions
• Ideally good knowledge or experience with Power Platform tools
• Any Jet Reports or LS Retail experience would be a massive bonus!
• Any relevant Microsoft Dynamics Certifications would be a big bonus
