ROLE

An exciting opportunity from my client, who requires a Director, Subscription Operations. As the Director, Subscription Operations, you will have responsibility with your team and other areas of the business to drive operational excellence related to all activities which support our growing Subscription business, including oversight on platform activities, maintaining numerous SKU transactional activities, order processing, payment issues, continuous improvement and controls.

Responsibilities (including, but not exclusively)

• Understand and address client related payment and credit issues timely.
• Collaboration on the execution of enhancements of Subscription process and systems
• Assess and enhance current transactional processes to eliminate potential client negative experiences as well as areas to enhance profitability.
• Work closely with Finance on identifying profitability enhancement opportunities at a transactional or client level.

Key Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a SAAS or reoccurring revenue platform organization
• Must have Microsoft Partner experience
• Experience working with an E-Commerce platform.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining a high degree of quality and technical accuracy while managing to tight deadlines and competing priorities
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Must be a US Citizen or Green card holder
