As a D365CE Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering high-quality solutions that meet clients' business needs. Working closely with various clients and internal teams, you will leverage your deep knowledge of D365CE to provide expert guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and translating them into scalable and efficient solutions using D365CE.
- Designing and architecting end-to-end D365CE solutions, including system integrations, customizations, and extensions.
- Leading workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and present recommendations to clients.
- Collaborating with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure successful implementation and delivery of D365CE projects.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members, sharing best practices and promoting continuous learning.
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE).
- In-depth knowledge of D365CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering complex D365CE solutions for enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of integration technologies and experience with system integrations involving D365CE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as MB-600: Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Solution Architect or equivalent, are highly desirable.
