Role Overview:
As a D365CE and Power Platform Support Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of multiple clients' Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations. You will provide expert support, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients, ensuring their systems run smoothly and deliver optimal value. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team, develop your skills in the Power Platform ecosystem, and potentially enhance your SharePoint expertise.


  • Provide exceptional technical support for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE) and Power Platform clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions.
  • Assist in Power Platform development and configuration tasks.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and documentation.
  • Share knowledge through training sessions and documentation creation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices.


  • Solid experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE).
  • Knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Previous experience in end-user support or a Microsoft Partner background is advantageous.
  • Driving license and car required.
