We are seeking a skilled Managed Service Consultant to join our client's (MS Partner) team, delivering top-tier support and innovation across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) and the Power Platform. Role Overview: As a Managed Service Consultant, you will:

  • Work with Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform to support client solutions via a Managed Service Helpdesk.
  • Manage cases, including break/fix support, system enhancements, and user training.
  • Oversee and contribute to the configuration and customisation of client systems.
  • Engage in direct client interaction to understand needs, propose solutions, and deliver quality outcomes.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-centric focus.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and proactive task management.
  • Experience with Power BI and basic JavaScript/C# plugin development is beneficial.
  • A degree in Computing, IT, or relevant certifications preferred.
